Start a turnkey onboarding

Pick a credit union to onboard. "Onboard" runs the one-click Connect experience — we import and configure everything from MeridianLink, then show what we set up. The 3-step wizard and full 7-step setup stay available as references.

In production this list is replaced by the SSO entry — the credit union arrives already identified by MeridianLink. Picking one shows the sign-on handshake (the creds they send and the ones we return), then opens the setup wizard.
